Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for me to get my product?

• Many of our products have live stock, they will ship at the time you place your order. Other products are made to order and have a lead times listed in their descriptions. 

How long are your lead times?

•  Any product that is already on our site has a lead time of 1-6 weeks from the time of order. Custom pieces or large orders will be subject to a longer lead time. Current wait time is 2-4 weeks.

Can you help me design/produce my product?

• We'd be honored! Fill out the form on our Contact/Custom page to get started.

Can I have my product made in (insert obscure pattern name here)?​

• Sure! We ask that you source the material on your own (we can tell you what to look for). We don't have time to chase down rare or obscure patterns, but we are happy to share our resources so you may do so. If it's a material/pattern we can use again, we'll cut you a deal on the product/service provided. 

​​Do you accept returns/exchanges?

• Yes, any defective/faulty products will be accepted and exchanged for the same product or a refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, past that window, returns are on a case-by-case basis. Returns on custom items are on a case by case basis, regardless of date of purchase. 

Do you do OEM Laser Work?

• We offer limited OEM laser work at this time. We extend this as a courtesy to the small time gear maker. We have seen first hand the improvement in quality and speed that a laser can offer to a small business, that's why we make it available to you.
